How Do I Get Tickets?

• • Tickets may be purchased online or at our onsite ticket booth. All online tickets must be checked in at the ticket booth before heading to any of the attractions. Ticket booth closes promptly at 9:30 pm for onsite purchases as well as online ticket check in. Online tickets are highly recommended to secure attendance during peak weekends. You may also want to consider visiting us on a Friday or Sunday evening to avoid longer wait times as Saturdays are always our busiest evenings.

What Are Acceptable Forms Of Payment at Kim’s Krypt Haunted Mill?

• • We accept cash and credit cards at the Ticket Booth, Gift Shop, Snack Shack, and Kim’s Kanteen. A $3.00 convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

Does Kim’s Krypt Haunted Mill Offer A Military Discount?

• • Yes but only if tickets are purchased at the Ticket Booth and a VALID MILITARY ID is presented. 10% discount for up to 5 people only. Discount only applies to ticket purchases. Discount not available for Gift Shop, Snack Shack, Kim’s Kanteen, or Midway Games. Discount CANNOT be combined with any other offer.

Does Kim’s Krypt Haunted Mill Offer Group Rates?

• • Yes, $10.00 off the ticket price for groups of 20 or more people. Only eligible for purchase of Total Combo, Total Combo RIP, and All Access Tickets. 1 person from the group must place the order for the whole group. Tickets may be purchased online or at our onsite Ticket Booth. CANNOT be combined with any other offer.

Are There ATMs On The Premises?

• • Unfortunately we are unable to provide ATMs at this time. If you wish to pay with cash please plan accordingly.

What Age Are Your Attractions Geared Towards?

• • We consider ourselves “all ages” however; only you know what your children can tolerate when it comes to scary stuff. Our attractions are scary. Please keep in mind that we DO NOT refund tickets because they got scared. After all that is the nature of our business.

How Long Should I Plan On Being At Kim’s Krypt Haunted Mill?

• • If you are planning to do all of our attractions, plan on being here for the night. All 5 of our attractions are long and eventful. We also have a Gift Shop, Zombie Escape Room, Maggot’s Escape, Coffin and Hearse Rides, Food, Midway Games, and Photo Ops to add to your experience. Kim’s Krypt Haunted Mill has never and will never “cattle run” guests through our attractions. We want to make sure each group gets the full experience of each attraction.

How Should I Dress For A Night Out At Kim’s Krypt Haunted Mill?

• • You are coming to an outdoor farm environment. Dress in comfortable weather accommodating clothing. No flip flops, sandals, high heels, or open toed shoes of any kind. Kim’s Krypt Haunted Mill is not responsible for ripped, stained, or soiled clothing so it’s best not to wear anything valuable to you. Please DO NOT come dressed in costume for the safety and convenience of our staff and patrons.

Do You Have Food Available?

• • Yes. Kim has her very own Food Truck, Kim’s Kanteen. Kim’s Kanteen serves a wide variety of foods. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken Tenders, Walking Tacos, French Fries, Fried Desserts, etc. Looking for just a snack? We also have the Snack Shack for Drinks, Cookies, Chips, and Candy. Some seasons we will have outside food vendors available as well but this is always pending vendor interest.

Will Your Actors Grab or Touch Us?

• • Our actors will NOT be grabbing you. However; they may get close or brush against you at times. We love what we do and we want to always give you a great experience.

Are There Restrooms Available?

• • We have portable toilets strategically located throughout the property for your restroom needs.

Is Smoking And Vaping Allowed?

• • All of our buildings are NON SMOKING and NON VAPING. There is also NO SMOKING and NO VAPING allowed in our que lines. Smoking and Vaping will be permitted in designated areas only.

I’m Over 21, Can I Bring Alcohol?

• • NO alcoholic beverages will be allowed. The use or possession of alcohol or illegal/controlled substances at our events is strictly prohibited. You will be escorted off the property if substances become an issue and NO refunds will be given.

Are You Open If It Rains?

• • We are open rain, snow, or shine. Most of our attractions are indoors with the exception of The Terror Trail. In case of severe weather or rising waters The Terror Trail may close for safety reasons.

Can I Bring A Bag or Backpack?

• • NO Bags, Backpacks, Fanny Packs, or Purses are allowed. Leave your personal items in your car. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items. In the event that you lose something, stop by the Ticket Booth and leave your name and number and after closing we will have our Managers search. NO weapons of any kind are allowed ever! NO Pocket Knives, Tasers, Guns, etc. We respect your right to bear arms, but NOT at our events please. By attending our events you are agreeing to be searched and questioned by SECURITY if we suspect an issue. If you are found to have a weapon in your possession you will be escorted off of the premises and NO refund will be issued.

Do You Charge For Parking?

• • We have several parking lots available and all parking is free.

Can We Dress In Costume?

• • For the safety and convenience of our staff, Patrons CANNOT wear Halloween Masks/Costumes.
